INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: for the first 10 days, dissolve one bag of phase 1: DETOX per day in 3 dcl of water and drink before lunch or dinner. Take two phase 2 capsules for the next 10 days: DRAINAGE with 3 dcl of water (one after lunch and one after dinner). For the last 10 days, take two phase 3 capsules: FAT BURNING per day with 3 dcl of water (one after lunch and one after dinner).
